Why are we marching?
Reclaim the Night is a campaign originally started in the early 1970's to protest against rape and other forms of violence perpetrated against women during darkness, in particular violence against women walking in public at night.
Reclaim the Night marches are normally held during the international '16 Days of Activism' campaign which takes place each year between 25 November and 10 December.
We are asking you to put your feet on the street and walk with us to promote freedom of movement for everyone at all times.
Please contact the office on 01397 705734 to find out how you can get involved in the parade and in the production of banners and placards for the parade.
